Our employees are not only part of history, they're making history. Northrop Grumman is seeking an **Intelligence Analyst Intern** to join the **Aeronautics Systems Intern Program** . This position will be located in **Redondo Beach, CA.** The qualified candidate will become part of Northrop Grumman's **System Analysis & Simulation organization** , and will work in a dynamic people-focused environment where he/she/they will interact with users, customers and other developers. As an intern, you'll participate in a summer internship program to develop competencies in a variety of intelligence analyst specializations that may include: + Review of Government provided Intelligence documents + Creation of reports documenting foreign military threats and capabilities + Collaborating with and assisting the Threat Analysis & Warfighter Integration organization + Participation in the Model Development Center's Agile Release Planning Event process **Basic Qualifications** **A candidate, regardless of age and hiring source, must meet ALL of the below criteria. The candidate must:** + Be enrolled full-time and pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree from an accredited college/university AND graduating after August 2026. + Be majoring in International Relations, Intelligence Studies, Political Science or related degree + Be available to work full-time (40 hours per week) for at least 10 weeks during summer 2026. + Be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance (U.S. citizenship is a pre-requisite) as well as Program Special access within a reasonable period of time, as determined by the company to meet its business needs (U.S. citizenship is a pre-requisite). **Preferred Qualifications** + Have an overall cumulative GPA of 3.25/4.0 or higher. + Previous internship/co-op experience, leadership & teamwork capabilities, interpersonal communication skills, and activities (professional/community/extracurricular) + Current DoD Secret or Top Secret Clearance + National and/or International Security studies + Experience with military strategy Intern Pay Range + Undergraduate Degrees (Including graduating students planning on attending/enrolled in a full-time Master's program): $18.50 to $33.50 per hour + Master's: $26.75 to $42.25 per hour At Northrop Grumman, our internship pay rates are standardized and take into account three main factors: the anticipated graduation date of the individual, the cost of labor of the geographic location, and whether the internship is considered technical or administrative.
