Account Executive – Solar Sales | High Commissions

At Semper SolR, we’re hiring motivated and experienced Account Executives who want to build wealth while helping homeowners save money through solar energy. We provide qualified leads, in-depth solar training, and a proven system that rewards closers.
You’ll be representing a trusted solar brand with a fast-growing footprint in Illinois. If you’re ambitious, confident, and competitive — this is your opportunity to earn what you’re worth.
Compensation & Benefits:
• Commission-Based (Top closers earn $100,000–$200,000+/year)
• Leads Provided — warm appointments, no cold calling
• Performance Bonuses & Incentives – monthly and quarterly contests

• Trips, Prizes & Team Recognition Events Responsibilities:
• Conduct consultations with qualified homeowners (no cold calling)
• Present customized solar proposals and close contracts confidently
• Manage your pipeline and follow up with customers using our CRM system
• Educate homeowners on solar incentives, energy savings, and system options
• Collaborate with project managers and operations teams
• Hit or exceed monthly closing and revenue goals
• Represent Semper SolR with professionalism and integrity
Qualifications:
• Confident, professional, and highly motivated closer
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Self-driven with a track record of exceeding goals
• Prior solar or sales experience preferred (but not required)
• Comfortable working independently in the field
• Full-time availability preferred
