Position : Accounting & Administrative Coordinator - South America/LATAM Hiring

Client's Industry: Accounting

Work Hours (Client) : : TBD

Pay Range : Up to 2,000 USD per month

Location of Search : South America/LATAM

Work Location : REMOTE

Duties Include:

• Manage a shared email box daily and respond to requests in a timely manner
• Calls and emails with vendors in the US to reconcile accounts and make payments
• Accounts payable processing including issuing checks and recording bills into Quickbooks, Bill.com, and Yardi. 
• Download bank statements and credit card statements monthly and save electronically
• Perform Quickbooks bank reconciliations and monthly credit card reconciliations 
• Complete month end close procedures including making accruals, reclass journal entries, and reconciling intercompany entries
• Compile and perform initial review of financial statements
• Enter payroll into 3 rd party payroll provider system
• File sales tax returns
• File workers compensation audit documents quarterly
• Perform accounting and clerical functions to support the Partner

The best candidate for this position will possess the following:

• Self starter, who works well independently and can complete tasks across the spectrum (high level and menial tasks)
• Tech Savvy – good with all systems, QBO, Desktop, online systems – if you can jump into a system and figure it out easily, this is the job for you
• Great personality – TEAM PLAYER A MUST!
• Diligent and dependable – this is not the kind of job that you can call out sick all the time
• Capable of moving between tasks, very responsive on email, develops a relationship with people easily
