Administrative Assistant/Front Desk Receptionist for The Groves Senior Living, (Schedule: Wednesday-Saturday 8:00am-06:00pm) We are seeking for a happy, outgoing, and energetic Administrative Assistant/Front Desk Receptionist to join our team at The Groves Senior Living in Goodyear. As the first point of contact for residents, families, and visitors, you will play an essential role in creating a welcoming and positive environment. Job Description The Administrative Assistant oversees all receptionist and secretarial duties at our community with an outstanding customer service and support. As the face of the company, the successful candidate will be approachable and friendly, with outstanding people skills. Responsibilities

• Greet residents, families, and guests with warmth and a friendly demeanor; ensure all guests sign-in and sign-out at the kiosk
• Assist Leadership Team with a variety of administrative tasks
• Answer calls promptly and in a professional manner, transfer as needed, and take accurate messages
• Provide excellent customer service, maintain a friendly and approachable attitude, and adhere to facility dress code.
• Enter work orders for maintenance & housekeeping requests from residents and staff
• Process transportation requests from residents Manage mail and packages, distribute mail and packages, and keep the front desk and reception area organized and welcoming

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a receptionist or related field
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Excellent customer service skills Strong knowledge of MS Office programs
• Strong knowledge of office equipment
• Valid Food Handlers permit
• Current and valid Fingerprint Clearance Card
• Negative Drug Test for Illegal Substances
• Must be clear of tuberculosis, verified through either a two-step PPD, blood test, or physician clearance with chest X-ray, as required by Arizona regulations
