We’re seeking an experienced, bilingual Apartment Leasing Consultant to join our team! Qualified candidates are fluent in Spanish and English. If you’re passionate about helping people find their perfect home and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you. To be considered for the role, you must have at least 1 year of onsite experience working in an apartment community as a leasing consultant AND be Fair Housing certified.

Job description:

• Greet prospective residents and provide exceptional customer service.
• Show apartments, explain lease terms, and highlight community features.
• Handle applications, leases, and move-in processes.
• Marketing on various social media and internet platforms.
• Conduct market surveys of nearby properties.
• Follow up with all leads and guest cards.
• Collaborate with the team to meet leasing goals.

Requirements:

• Attendance is important – reliability is a must!
• Weekend availability is required.
• Minimum 1 year onsite experience working in an apartment community.
• Fair Housing certification
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred, but not mandatory
