In this position, you will conduct a range of clinical laboratory tests and procedures to deliver precise and timely diagnostic information to healthcare providers.Responsibilities:Perform laboratory tests and procedures according to established protocols and quality control standardsAnalyze and interpret test results, and report findings to healthcare providersMaintain accurate and complete laboratory records and documentationTroubleshoot and resolve technical issues with laboratory equipment and proceduresParticipate in quality control and quality assurance activities to ensure accurate and reliable test resultsMaintain inventory and ensure proper functioning of laboratory equipment and suppliesAdhere to laboratory safety and infection control protocolsQualifications:Bachelor's degree in medical technology, Clinical Laboratory Science, or a related fieldASCP certification or equivalent required2+ years of experience in a clinical laboratoryStrong knowledge of laboratory regulations and quality control standardsExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamStrong attention to detail and accuracy
