What You’ll Do

• Support the Property Manager with daily operations of the community

• Help maintain strong resident relationships through excellent service and communication

• Assist with renewals to ensure residents stay and love where they live (commissions paid)

• Show and lease apartments when needed to help maintain strong occupancy (commissions paid)

• Help keep marketing materials current and accurate

What You’ll Need

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Some experience in multifamily housing or customer service preferred – we’ll train the right person!

• Basic computer skills (Yardi experience a plus)

• Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal

• A problem-solver with a positive attitude and strong attention to detail
