Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Associate Chiropractor to join our dynamic healthcare team. In this role, you will deliver high-quality chiropractic care focused on improving patient health, correcting nervous system interference and enhancing overall well-being. You will work closely with patients to assess their needs, and develop personalized care plans. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patients’ lives through comprehensive chiropractic care in a supportive and energetic environment.

We are a practice of 40+ years with two generations of chiropractors. One doctor has been in practice 38 years, the other eight years. We are looking for an associate interested in seeing children, families, and pregnancy up to the elderly. We are a true family practice and would like a candidate dedicated to serving the masses. Salary: 65-75k base with bonus structure, malpractice, vacation, and flexible schedule.

Location: South Burlington, Vermont

Hours: Mon, Wed, Fri 8-6:30, Sat 10-12

Technique: Full Spine, Thompson, Diversified, Webster

Duties

  • Conduct thorough patient observations, including physical examinations and assessments of neurospinal health and integrity
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans focusing on correcting subluxations and adjusting the spine.
  • Take x-rays as needed and interpret x-rays for both chiropractic and radiological analysis.
  • Manage patient care from initial assessment through follow-up visits.

Qualifications

  • Valid chiropractic license or certification as required by local regulations in Vermont
  • Experience may be varied, salary dependent on experience.
  • Strong adjusting skills, open to learning new techniques, and strong x-ray analysis and interpretation
  • Excellent communication skills for clear patient explanations and documentation
  • Ability to tell the story of chiropractic, educate patients and explain the why of chiropractic care and the chiropractic lifestyle
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development in chiropractic care and related fields

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
