As a Bank Teller, you will be the face of our bank, providing exceptional customer service while handling a variety of banking transactions. Responsibilities

• Process customer transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments.
• Assist customers with account inquiries and provide information about bank products and services.
• Maintain accurate records of all transactions and ensure compliance with bank policies.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate banking solutions.
• Handle cash and maintain a balanced cash drawer.
• Promote a positive and welcoming environment for all customers.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve branch goals and enhance customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in finance or business is a plus.
• Previous experience in a customer service or banking role preferred.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications and banking software.
• Must be detail-oriented and possess a high level of integrity.
• Customer service experience and cash handling experience required

Salary info:
