Job Title: Bankruptcy Attorney

Job Type: Full-Time, In-Office (with hybrid opportunities after probationary period)

About Us: GPAC has partnered with a leading law firm specializing in bankruptcy, restructuring, and creditor's rights cases, including both debtor and creditor representation . Their team is dedicated to providing exceptional legal services and achieving favorable outcomes for their clients. They pride themselves on their commitment to professional excellence.

Position: Candidates must be able to manage multiple projects independently and efficiently with meticulous attention to detail. Work ethic and production are most important. Superior academic and professional credentials are advantageous.

Key Responsibilities:

Represent clients in bankruptcy, restructuring, and creditor's rights cases, including both debtor and creditor representation.
Handle commercial litigation and commercial finance matters as required.
Draft, review, and analyze complex legal documents with precision.
Conduct comprehensive legal research and provide strategic legal advice.
Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to deliver highest level of services.
Attend court hearings, depositions, and trials, representing clients effectively.

Requirements:

Chapter 11 experience required.
Minimum 2 years of bankruptcy experience.
Ohio State Bar admission required.
