A premier law firm is in search of an attorney with a minimum of 2 years of bankruptcy experience. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in filing Chapter 7 and 13 cases. This presents a prime opportunity to elevate your professional trajectory!

Requirements:

* Minimum of 2 years of bankruptcy litigation experience
* Admission to the State Bar and good standing
* Proficient in Chapter 11, Chapter 7, and Chapter 13 proceedings
* Familiarity with and capability to file pleadings in all bankruptcy courts
* Strong academic background is imperative
* Exceptional research and writing skills are essential
* Meticulous attention to detail
