Job Title: Business Development Analyst - Federal Civilian Agencies

Location: 8201 Greensboro Dr, Suite 500E, 5th Floor, McLean VA - 22102 (Hybrid - 2 days in office)

Summary:

The Growth and Development Analyst for Federal Civilian Agencies will spearhead business development efforts across agencies such as SEC, USDA, IRS, SBA, and HHS. This role emphasizes identifying opportunities, building relationships, and supporting proposal activities aligned with agency missions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research to identify opportunities within Federal Civilian agencies, aligning them with organizational objectives.
• Build and maintain an opportunity pipeline, ensuring its alignment with emerging trends in the Federal Civilian market.
• Develop and implement capture strategies, including teaming arrangements and competitive analyses.
• Build relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within Federal Civilian agencies.
• Provide insights into agency-specific missions, procurement trends, and funding priorities.
• Collaborate with capture and proposal teams to ensure the development of compliant and compelling bids.
• Track and analyze legislative, policy, and budgetary developments that affect Federal Civilian agencies.
• Report on key performance metrics and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in public policy, business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in business development or market analysis focused on Federal Civilian agencies.
• Familiarity with Federal acquisition processes, including FAR regulations.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and market intelligence platforms.
