Business Intelligence Analyst who thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments. If you're energized by solving complex problems, passionate about enabling others through data, and driven to make an impact—this role is for you.
What You’ll Do As a key member of our team, you’ll advance long-term prior authorization (PA) strategy initiatives through cross-functional collaboration with Product, Network, Data Science, Data Engineering, and Market Intelligence. Your work will drive experimentation, optimization, and actionable insights to improve product effectiveness and expand health system engagement.
Key Responsibilities: - Analyze large datasets to inform product development and strategy.
- Collaborate with Data Science to build datasets for modeling.
- Deliver insights and recommendations to business stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities for product improvement through data analysis and experimentation.
- Evaluate usage patterns, adoption rates, and customer feedback.
- Test hypotheses and optimize product features using data-driven approaches.
About You You’re a go-to data expert who connects the dots for clients and colleagues. You bring technical depth, business acumen, and a collaborative spirit to every challenge.
Minimum Qualifications: Degree or equivalent and typically requires 4+ years of relevant experience
Education: - BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
Critical Skills: - Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for data structured and unstructured..
- Intermediate SQL proficiency.
- 3+ years' experience with Tableau; Python or R is a plus.
- 3+ years' experience working with large datasets
Preferred skills: - Proven ability to mentor junior team members.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Skilled in automating analytics processes.

The pay range shown below is aligned with McKesson's pay philosophy, and pay will always be compliant with any applicable regulations. Our Base Pay Range for this position $84,800 - $141,300
