Express Employment Professionals is looking for energetic Customer Service Representatives in Grand Rapids, MN who have a talent for sparking up a conversation and meeting new people. In this role, you will manage several accounts while utilizing your phone charm and skill to assist or advise clients, receiving roughly 120 - 160 inbound calls daily.
Upon successful completion of a two-week in-person paid training, you will have the option to work in person or remote.
