Job Description: Call Center Representative

Compensation: $17–$20/hour plus commission
Work Arrangement: Remote initially; eventual in-office work in Roswell or Sandy Springs, Georgia (Metro Atlanta/Downtown area)
Schedule: First shift, Monday–Friday
Benefits: Full benefits available after a qualifying period

About the Role
We are seeking motivated and customer-focused Call Center Representatives with experience in call center sales to join our dynamic team. You will play a crucial role in helping customers find tailored solutions in areas such as high-speed internet , home security systems , television services , smart home technology , and mobile solutions .

This position begins as a remote opportunity, with a transition to in-office work at either our Roswell or Sandy Springs, Georgia location.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with customers via inbound and outbound calls to provide tailored recommendations and close sales.
• Educate potential customers on the benefits of various products and services, ensuring they understand their options.
• Meet and exceed sales goals by effectively promoting products such as internet services , mobile solutions , and home security systems .
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales transactions in the CRM system.
• Address customer questions, concerns, and objections in a professional and confident manner.
• Stay updated on product offerings, promotions, and industry trends to provide exceptional service and support.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a call center sales role is required.
• Strong communication and persuasive skills.
• Ability to handle a high volume of calls while maintaining professionalism.
• Self-motivated with a drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Familiarity with technology and telecommunications products is a plus.
• Must reside in the Metro Atlanta area, with the ability to commute to Roswell or Sandy Springs when in-office work begins.
