Join Our Team as a Call Center Representative at Think Tell Junction Think Tell Junction We are seeking a dedicated and professional Call Center Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the voice of our company, providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. As a Call Center Representative, you will handle incoming calls, respond to customer inquiries, and resolve any issues or concerns in a timely and efficient manner. Responsibilities:

Handle incoming customer calls and provide accurate information regarding products and services.
Address and resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records of conversations in the database.
Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve processes and customer satisfaction.
Follow up on customer interactions as necessary to ensure issues are fully resolved.
Upsell and cross-sell products and services based on customer needs and interests.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred.
Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
Ability to handle high call volumes and remain calm under pressure.
Proficient in using computer systems and CRM software.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if required.
