The ideal candidate will handle customer inquiries, provide solutions, and ensure a positive experience for all callers. Responsibilities

Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
Resolve customer issues, complaints, and questions efficiently.
Document and update customer records in the company database.
Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate departments for further assistance.
Follow up on customer inquiries to ensure resolution and satisfaction.
Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response time and customer satisfaction.

Skills & Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certifications in customer service is a plus.
Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
Ability to remain calm and professional during challenging interactions.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and call center software (e.g., CRM tools).
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
