Dedicated Class A Driver – Competitive Pay & Weekly Home Time!

Position Overview:

Equipment: Operate 53' refrigerated trailers on a reliable dedicated account.
Freight: 100% no-touch freight with a mix of drop-and-hook and live load/unloads.
Schedule: Weekly home time with a guaranteed 34-hour reset.
Shifts: Flexibility required for daytime and nighttime shifts.
Operation: 7-day operation (weekends off not guaranteed).
Work Schedule Options:
- 5-day work week: Personal vehicle required for terminal commute.
- 6-day work week: Option to take the truck home.
Mileage: Average 1,700 miles per week.

Pay & Benefits:

Mileage Pay: $0.69 to $0.81 per mile.
Weekly Pay Guarantee: Minimum of $1,000.
Additional Pay:
- $10 for the first stop.
- $15 for additional stops.
- $25 for short hauls under 50 miles.
Average Weekly Earnings: Approximately $1,500.
Monthly Bonus: $0.06 per mile for exceeding 8,200 miles with no accidents and maintaining 7 MPG.
Benefits: Medical, dental, 401(k), and paid time off (PTO) after just 30 days.

Driver Requirements:

Age: Minimum 21 years with a valid Class A CDL.
Driving Record: Clean record with no major violations in the past 5 years.
Experience: 6 months in the last year or 1 year in the last 3 years.
Background: No DUIs, felonies, or misdemeanors in the past 5 years.
Drug Screening: Must pass pre-employment urine and hair tests.
Employment History: Stable 10-year work history with minimal gaps.
