Dedicated Class A Driver – Competitive Pay & Weekly Home Time!

Position Overview:

• Equipment: Operate 53' refrigerated trailers on a reliable dedicated account.
• Freight: 100% no-touch freight with a mix of drop-and-hook and live load/unloads.
• Schedule: Weekly home time with a guaranteed 34-hour reset.
• Shifts: Flexibility required for daytime and nighttime shifts.
• Operation: 7-day operation (weekends off not guaranteed).
• Work Schedule Options:
  • 5-day work week: Personal vehicle required for terminal commute.
  • 6-day work week: Option to take the truck home.
• Mileage: Average 1,700 miles per week.

Pay & Benefits:

• Mileage Pay: $0.69 to $0.81 per mile.
• Weekly Pay Guarantee: Minimum of $1,000.
• Additional Pay:
  • $10 for the first stop.
  • $15 for additional stops.
  • $25 for short hauls under 50 miles.
• Average Weekly Earnings: Approximately $1,500.
• Monthly Bonus: $0.06 per mile for exceeding 8,200 miles with no accidents and maintaining 7 MPG.
• Benefits: Medical, dental, 401(k), and paid time off (PTO) after just 30 days.

Driver Requirements:

• Age: Minimum 21 years with a valid Class A CDL.
• Driving Record: Clean record with no major violations in the past 5 years.
• Experience: 6 months in the last year or 1 year in the last 3 years.
• Background: No DUIs, felonies, or misdemeanors in the past 5 years.
• Drug Screening: Must pass pre-employment urine and hair tests.
• Employment History: Stable 10-year work history with minimal gaps.
