Are you a passionate and experienced Civil Engineer with a strong project management background?

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Senior Project Manager to join our team. In this key role, you will lead and deliver complex aviation projects, mentor junior engineers, and contribute to the growth of our practice.

What You'll Do:

Lead and manage all aspects of aviation projects, from planning and design to construction.
Serve as the Engineer of Record and ensure project quality and compliance.
Develop innovative and cost-effective solutions for challenging design problems.
Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering their professional development.
Actively participate in business development activities, including client meetings and proposals.
Stay abreast of the latest industry trends and regulations in aviation engineering.
What You'll Bring:

5+ years of relevant experience in aviation engineering and design.
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
Professional Engineer (PE) license.
Strong project management skills with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
Experience with airport airside and/or landside design, FAA regulations, and AIP funding.
Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD Civil 3D.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
