We're a leading infrastructure solutions firm seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Civil Aviation Project Manager to join our team. In this critical role, you will lead and deliver impactful projects for our clients in the aviation sector.

What You'll Do:

Lead and manage all aspects of complex aviation projects, from planning and design to construction.
Serve as the Engineer of Record, ensuring all designs meet the highest safety and quality standards.
Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation plans.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, exceeding client expectations.
Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering their professional growth.
Actively participate in business development activities, including pursuing new projects and expanding our client base.
Stay abreast of the latest industry trends and best practices in aviation engineering.
What You Bring:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
15+ years of relevant experience in aviation engineering and project management.
Professional Engineer (P.E.) license is required.
Proven experience managing complex projects with multiple disciplines and stakeholders.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in engineering software and design tools.
A passion for delivering exceptional engineering solutions and exceeding client expectations.
Bonus Points:

Experience with FAA regulations and AIP funding.
Familiarity with pavement design and FAAR Field Design Software.
