We’re looking for a **Client Success Manager (CSM)** who’s passionate about helping clients win. You’ll guide new accounts after they sign up, help them launch successful outreach campaigns, and ensure they get maximum value from the Amplifi platform.
### **What You’ll Do:**
* Serve as the **main point of contact** for assigned clients after onboarding
* Provide hands-on support with campaign setup, list imports, and messaging strategy
* Use **Intercom** to manage client communication and support tickets
* Monitor campaign performance and proactively suggest improvements
* Conduct training sessions to help clients learn the platform and best practices
* Collaborate with sales, support, and product teams to ensure a seamless client experience
* Track engagement, resolve issues quickly, and work to **retain and grow accounts**
### **What You Bring:**
* Experience in a client success, account management, or support role
* Familiarity with **Intercom** (or similar client communication tools)
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
* Comfort working with CRMs, marketing tools, and basic reporting dashboards
* Experience in political tech, nonprofit, SaaS, or advocacy campaigns a strong plus
* Self-motivated, proactive, and excited to work in a fast-paced startup environment
