Job Description

• This role requires an AWS engineer who will be responsible for the AWS cloud engineering/architecture of the client environment
• Azure/AWS and on-prem networking (F5, Palo Alto, Cisco, etc.) are preferred skills 
• Analyze the existing architecture to provide recommendations for a detailed Azure architecture based on best practices, to include detailed network diagrams, utilization of IaaS/PaaS/SaaS services, and polycloud/hybrid architecture and integration with Azure and the on-prem environment 
• Be able to rapidly and accurately produce technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and client presentations regarding architecture and best practices
• Coordinate with the existing AWS engineers and architects (and Azure and Ops teams) and plan/estimate/execute work using agile methodology
• Hands-on experience with AWS infrastructure including EC2, EBS, RDS, S3, VPC, SG, CloudFormation, CodeCommit are all preferred skills

• 8+ years experience in AWS cloud engineering
• 4+ years experience in Azure architecture and implementation (preferred)
• Bachelor's Degree (B.S.) or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, etc. 
• Agile software development experience 
• Hands-on experience with AWS infrastructure including EC2, EBS, RDS, S3, VPC, SG, CloudFormation, CodeCommit - Polycloud architecture experience (e.g. Azure/AWS, hybrid cloud with VMware on-prem) 
• Strong communication and presentation skills 
• Ability to pass a full background check and drug screening
