Our pay is incredibly competitive, and we reward our employees with TOP PAY for excellent qualifications and experience. You will enjoy FT year-round work, weekly pay, per diem, gas card, cell phone, bonus, paid lodging, and a company vehicle for out-of-town work. You are not driving your own vehicle, and staying for weeks out of town, so no gas expense and wear and tear on your vehicle.
We have team members that enjoy the four-day work schedule, but we do not expect our employees to travel all the time. You also will not be hanging drywall because your expertise is supervising crews and drywall finishing. Commercial projects are around Sioux Falls and the surrounding area.
Sands Wall Systems offers Life Balance because we know your family, friends, pets, and hobbies are important to you. If you are working out of town, you are working Monday - Thursday and heading home Thursday for your long 3 days off. If you are working in town, you are working Monday - Thursday and off by 11:30 am on Friday to get a jump start on your weekend.
