Job Description

Shamrock Roofing is an established roofing and construction company servicing the metro-Kansas City area since 1977. In the last few years, our business has exploded in the Midwest and now servicing areas in Arkansas, Texas, Des Moines, Lincoln, Omaha, Tulsa, Oklahoma City, Denver and St. Louis.

We are now looking to fill a Commercial Roofing Site Supervisor position for our Commercial Roofing Department. We are growing our commercial line of business here at Shamrock and looking to add a go getter to the team! 

Job Duties May Include:

• Manage Field personnel : train and supervise construction workers and subcontractors
• Project materials : Help the Production Team with the ordering and delivery of building materials, and manage tool and material inventories
• Project schedules : Work with the Production Team and oversee schedules for workers and deliveries
• Safety management & enforcement : Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
• Quality Control : Inspect work to ensure it meets project specifications
• Project budget : Work project expenditures and implement corrective actions, maintain project budget.
• Projects coordination : Work with all stakeholders to help manage project scope, allocate resources, and resolve problems
• Project communication : Communicate with estimator, project managers, clients, and stakeholders
• Project documentation : Complete site reports and other records
• All other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the manager

Compensation & Benefits :

• Full-Time Position
• Monday-Friday, some Saturdays will be required as needed per project requirements. 
• Medical/Dental/Vision Insurance after 30 days of employment at the first of the next month
• PTO accrual after 30 Days of employment
• 401K after 6 months of employment
• Compensation Range: $25/hour - $29/hour based on experience

REQUIREMENTS

• 3-5 years+ supervising experience minimum
• Certifications: OSHA 10
• Acculynx experience a PLUS! 
• MUST be a team player
• Good time management skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate responsibilities
• Ability to set realistic goals and deadlines
• Ability to adjust plans for unforeseen challenges
• Strong understanding of commercial roofing and safety regulations
• Must be a problem solver; capable of figuring things out and finding new avenues to approach issues to achieve the desired outcome
• Working knowledge of G Suite is a plus
• Quick thinking and adaptability
• A positive “can-do” attitude
• Great with hard deadlines
