What You'll Do: 

• Be the first point of contact for residents, families, and visitors—greeting everyone with professionalism and warmth
• Manage incoming calls and direct inquiries appropriately
• Provide administrative support to ensure efficient office operations
• Handle documentation and coordinate communication between departments
• Help maintain a positive and organized front office environment

What You'll Need: 

• Must be at least 16 years old 
• Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in administrative or front desk roles
• Proficiency with standard office systems and technology
• A friendly, cheerful, and professional demeanor—especially when handling reception responsibilities (Fax machine, multi-line phone system)
