CONCRETE FINISHER

Job Summary
We are seeking a Concrete Finisher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in concrete finishing and related tasks. This role involves working with concrete to create smooth, durable surfaces for various construction projects. 

Duties

• Prepare and clean work areas before pouring concrete.
• Operate concrete mixers and pumps to deliver materials efficiently.
• Lay out forms and set up structures for concrete placement.
• Finish surfaces using hand tools, power tools, and mechanical equipment.
• Apply caulking and plaster as needed to ensure a polished finish.
• Install hardscape elements such as patios, sidewalks, and retaining walls.
• Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and specifications.
• Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition.

Requirements

• Experience in concrete finishing or related fields.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate various construction equipment.
• Familiarity with installation techniques, including tile laying and hardscape applications.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment while also being self-motivated.
• Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to quality workmanship.
• Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor tasks, including lifting heavy materials.
• Knowledge of safety practices related to construction sites.
