Job Title: Concrete Lead / Foreman Location: Fulton MO Employment Type: Full-Time Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and experienced Concrete Lead / Foreman to oversee and coordinate all aspects of our concrete construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in concrete work and proven leadership and project management abilities. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring a balance of field supervision, technical expertise, and people management. Key Responsibilities Supervise and direct concrete crews on construction sites. Plan, schedule, and manage daily operations to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Oversee the use and maintenance of equipment, materials, and tools on site. Ensure all work is performed in compliance with safety regulations, project specifications, and company standards. Read and interpret blueprints, elevation plans, and scoping documents. Set elevations and grades accurately and efficiently. Act as the primary point of contact between crew members, project managers, and other site personnel. Maintain accurate job records and provide progress updates to stakeholders. Foster a safe and productive work environment. Required Qualifications Significant experience in concrete construction and finishing, including ramps, sidewalks, patios, and curbs. Demonstrated experience in supervising crews and managing construction projects. Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, project plans, and scope documents. Skilled in setting elevations and grades with precision. Strong leadership and communication skills; able to work effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to pass a background check. Completion of specialized safety training (OSHA 10/30 or equivalent) is preferred. Preferred Qualifications Experience managing multiple crews and large-scale projects. Familiarity with various types of concrete finishes and surface treatments.
