Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Orchestrate all stages of the construction process, focusing on quality control, site safety, and team leadership.
  • Empower and mentor your team, providing them with feedback and coaching to reach their full potential.
  • Craft a comprehensive 4-week project schedule, with the flexibility to adapt as needed.
  • Coordinate subcontractor meetings and communications to ensure seamless collaboration.
  • Proactively identify and tackle challenges on-site, ensuring smooth construction flow.
  • Ensure all safety, compliance, and quality regulations are upheld on the job site.
  • Regularly update clients and project managers on progress, milestones, and challenges.
  • Manage subcontractor efforts to optimize project outcomes.
  • Plan and schedule inspections while securing necessary permits.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site for everyone involved.

Requirements

To be part of our dynamic team, you should meet the following requirements:

  • 5-7 years of hands-on experience managing multi-family construction projects (ground-up, podium style) with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong understanding of various construction trades, including MEP, structural details, and site work/utilities.
  • Adept at reading and interpreting project plans and specifications, with the ability to conduct thorough plan reviews.
  • Deep understanding of construction operations and best practices.
  • 3-5 years in a supervisory role where you've coached and grown your team.
  • Excellent project management and communication skills, able to liaise with multiple stakeholders effectively.
  • OSHA 30 certification for safe job site management.
  • In-depth knowledge of local construction standards for safety, quality, and health.
  • Proficient in MS Office and Procore software for seamless project management.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, ensuring efficiency in all tasks.
  • A natural leader who inspires and motivates others.
