Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Qualify Potential Patients: Use effective questioning techniques to assess the needs of potential patients and determine how our solutions can meet their expectations.
Provide Compassionate Support: Engage empathetically with potential patients, address their concerns, and guide them through the process with clarity and care.
Manage Your Leads: Independently manage leads from web inquiries and inbound calls, ensuring follow-ups and maintaining strong relationships with each patient.
Achieve Performance Goals: Meet established KPIs for lead conversion and activity, focusing on warm leads—no cold calling required.
CRM Management: Keep detailed records and track activities using CRM tools like Zoho CRM and Open Dental to streamline processes and improve patient interactions.
Collaborate: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure clear communication and alignment regarding patient needs and expectations.
Qualifications:

Experience: Previous experience in customer service, sales, or healthcare, especially within the dental field, is a plus.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an emphasis on empathy, patience, and clarity.
Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively while working remotely.
Technical Skills: Comfortable using CRM systems (experience with Zoho CRM and Open Dental is a bonus) and proficient in standard office software.
Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals.
