Key Responsibilities:

Qualify Potential Patients: Engage with potential patients by asking insightful questions to assess if our dental implant solutions are the right fit for them.
Provide Compassionate Support: Offer empathetic, clear guidance to patients, easing any concerns they have and setting clear expectations for their treatment journey.
Manage Your Leads: Independently handle incoming leads from web inquiries and calls, ensuring follow-up and building lasting relationships with potential patients.
Meet Key Goals: Achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to lead conversion and activity, working primarily with warm leads—no cold calling required!
CRM Management: Use CRM systems like Zoho CRM and Open Dental to track activities, document patient interactions, and streamline workflows.
Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure seamless communication and align patient needs and expectations.
Qualifications:

Experience: Previous customer service or sales experience, especially in the healthcare or dental industry, is a plus.

Organizational Skills: Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently, while working remotely.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM systems (experience with Zoho CRM and Open Dental is a plus) and standard office software.
