Job Description

We are looking for dedicated and compassionate individuals to join our remote Patient Care Representative team. In this role, you will play a key part in guiding potential patients through their journey, from initial contact to consultation setup. Key Responsibilities:
Qualify Potential Patients: Use effective questioning techniques to understand patients' needs and determine if our dental implant solutions align with their expectations.
Provide Compassionate Support: Engage empathetically with potential patients, addressing their concerns about dental implants and guiding them through the treatment journey.
Manage Leads: Independently handle incoming leads and inquiries, ensuring consistent follow-up and nurturing relationships.
Achieve KPIs: Meet performance goals related to lead conversion and activity, primarily working with warm leads—no cold calling.
CRM Management: Utilize CRM tools (e.g., Zoho CRM, Open Dental) to track activities, keep detailed notes, and improve workflow.
Collaborate Effectively: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment and meet patient needs.
Qualifications:
Experience: Previous experience in customer service or sales, particularly in healthcare or dental fields, is preferred.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, with an emphasis on empathy and clarity.
Organizational Skills: Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a remote setting.
Technical Skills: Comfortable using CRM systems (experience with Zoho CRM and Open Dental is a plus) and proficiency with standard office software.
Team Player: Strong ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals.
