Key Responsibilities:
Qualify Potential Patients: Use effective questioning techniques to determine if our dental implant solutions are the right fit for prospective patients.
Provide Empathetic Support: Offer compassionate and clear communication to address patient concerns, helping to guide them through their treatment options with confidence.
Manage Your Leads: Handle incoming inquiries and leads from web forms and calls, ensuring timely follow-ups and strong ongoing relationships.
Achieve Performance Goals: Meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for lead conversion and activity, focusing on warm leads—no cold calling required.
Track Activities in CRM: Use tools like Zoho CRM and Open Dental to track patient interactions, document details, and ensure efficient workflows.
Collaborate with Team Members: Work closely with sales and marketing colleagues to align on patient needs and deliver the best possible experience.
Qualifications:
Experience: Previous experience in customer service or sales, especially in the healthcare or dental industry, is a plus.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an emphasis on empathy, clarity, and professionalism.
Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively while working independently.
Technical Skills: Comfortable using CRM systems (experience with Zoho CRM and Open Dental is a plus), and proficient in standard office software.
Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with a remote team to achieve common goals.
