OPEN JOB: Corporate Security Manager
LOCATION: Chantilly Virginia
SALARY: $120,000-$150,000
CLEARANCE Required: TS SCI CI Poly
  • We have a need for a Corporate Security Manager. This position-Corporate Security Manager/Program Security Officer-will manage all security aspects for our Chantilly office (program security, personnel security, physical/facility security, INFOSEC/COMSEC) supporting employees and customers on numerous Government contracts.
  • The ideal candidate is a seasoned security professional with proven expertise in the Intelligence Community (primarily the NRO) and Department of Defense (DOD) security operations and compliance.
Job Duties
PROGRAM SECURITY
  • Provide day-to-day security advice and guidance to PM/Director, Government, and other Contractors concerning personnel security, facility security, operations security, and communications and information systems security
  • Serve as the primary contact point for Government security officials regarding program security issues. 
  • Write, review, and/or evaluate security proposals for contract bids and work with Director/PM for submittal to Government and updating plans (i.e., OPSEC Plans, Program Protection Plans, Classification Guides, DD254's, Security approvals, etc.) focusing on safety and security of assets, personnel, equipment, and resources.
  • Monitor adherence to Intelligence Community Directive (ICD) 705 regulations, to include requirements pertaining to Co-Use agreements, NRO Directives, National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM), and Special Access Program (SAP) guidelines. 
  • Assist in the development of security policies Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and implementation procedures if needed.
  • Conduct security awareness briefings and training sessions for personnel involved in the classified program. 
PERSONNEL SECURITY
  • Provide security support for passing, verifying, and receiving clearances, confirming Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) security eligibility, processing visitor requests, processing requests for NRO Badges, Visit Certifications, Perm Certifications, and Request for Access.
  • Support personnel in-processing and out-processing transactions, conduct security in-briefings and de-briefings related to security compartmented programs and office specific programs
  • Manage employee security clearance applications and ensuring proper access levels. 
  • Investigate and document security violations/incidents, providing recommendations for corrective actions to program personnel/management.
PHYSICAL/FACILITY SECURITY
  • Provide SCIF administrative and access management duties and provide physical security protection and management including Government SCIF inspections etc.
  • Monitor the implementation of Government security requirements for Industry facilities accreditation and information systems certification and accreditation.
  • Prepare for, conduct and document facility self & annual inspections; complete and update the Government Integrated Security Assessment Program (ISAP) and SCIF Fixed Facility Checklist.
  • Oversee the access control systems and intrusion detections systems and respond to after-hours alarms and emergency conditions, as needed.
  • Assist in submitting Co-Use Agreements and Joint-Use Agreements.
  • Maintain and update program security files and associated databases.
INFOSEC/COMSEC
  • Track all communications/information technology equipment and property in the Chantilly office and when applicable, dispose of following the Governments destructions guidance.
  • Assist with work pertaining to the procurement, inventory control, and destruction of cryptographic material utilized by the NRO.
  • Administer and provide security classification guidance and perform document and classification reviews, to include FOIA and pre-publication review requests as needed; ensure all classified materials and equipment are marked and controlled in accordance with contractual requirements to include inventory lists, receipt and transmittal records and final disposition documentation.
  • Support Director/PM with IT/tasks and work with System Administrative and Network Engineers
  • Ad hoc tasks as required by PM/Director includes move management, SCIF management, IT support and general office duties.
 

The person needs to have:
  • At least 10 years demonstrated security experience in one or more of the following security disciplines: Program Protection, Operational Security (OPSEC), Communications Security (COMSEC), Information Systems Security (INFOSEC), Personnel Security, Physical Security, Facility Security.
  • At least 3 years experience supporting the NRO and/or other IC members (NRO experience must be w/in the last 5 years_.
  • Demonstrated experience with Intelligence Community Directive (ICD) 705 regulations, to include requirements pertaining to Co-Use agreements, NRO Directives, and National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM).
  • Demonstrated experience working in an environment with compartmented programs or Special Access Programs (SAPs).
  • Demonstrated knowledge of security specific systems, databases, websites, and software, including Facility and Information Security Accreditation Tool, Defense Information System for Security (DISS), Scattered Castles, Visit Request and Badging System (VRBS), and Access Polygraph Investigative Collection System (APICS).
  • An active TS/SCI clearance with a CI polygraph
