Job Description

Excelsior Village Academies, Inc. is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Culture Associate. In this role, you will play a key part in creating a positive and inclusive culture at our school. This Position reports to the Dean of Students.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and implementation of a school-wide culture and character education program.
• Support the planning and execution of school-wide events and activities.
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and community members to promote a positive and inclusive school culture.
• Provide support and resources to teachers and staff to reinforce positive behavior and student engagement.
• Conduct research and stay up-to-date with best practices in character education and school culture.

Requirements

• Passion for promoting a positive and inclusive school culture.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Understanding of and experience with character education.
• Bachelor's degree in education, psychology, or a related field.
• Previous experience in education or youth development is a plus.
• Clear Criminal Background Check.
