Work Arrangement: Work from home with periodic visits to the office for meetings, team events, and training.
Training Dates: August 25 September 26
Training Hours: 8:00 AM 5:00 PM EST (Monday to Friday)
Nesting Period: September 29 October 10
Note: Full attendance is required during the training period. No time-off will be approved.
Work Hours:Monday through Friday between 8:00 AM 11:00 PM EST
Flexibility is required as shift assignments will be based on business needs.
Provide customer support via phone and email regarding dental insurance products or benefit plans.
Research and respond to inquiries about policy provisions, claim status, procedures, and more.
Accurately process transactions and refer complex requests to the appropriate departments.
Use effective communication and empathy to strengthen customer relationships.
Navigate multiple systems (e.g., Salesforce, Word, Insight) to deliver accurate and integrated solutions.
Maintain professionalism and high-quality service in all interactions.
Minimum 1 year of customer service experience (retail, restaurant, or call center).
High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
Intermediate computer literacy.
Comfortable navigating across multiple programs/monitors simultaneously.
Willingness and ability to work flexible shifts within the 8 AM 11 PM window.
Must live within a commutable distance to Cary, NC .
Prior experience in a call center or as a Customer Service Representative .
Familiarity with dental insurance or experience in a dental office .
Experience using Salesforce .
Strong typing and keyboard navigation skills.
