Summary
Primary duty is to classify imported goods and to process complex import transactions, including all related activities, for an assigned base of accounts. Train and advise team members in areas of Customs regulations, classification, and valuation. Work with clients to establish detailed profiles and procedures that properly represent clients’ import processes. Communicate changes in regulations, Customs, and other government agency procedures to clients. Alert clients to special areas of concern or to potential problems in the import process. Perform all duties correctly, cost-efficiently, in compliance with Company standards. This position is exempt and typically reports to a licensed Customs Brokerage Manager, Import Operations Manager, or Branch Manager under general supervision.

For this position, the expected base pay is: $24.75- $33.50 / Hourly. Actual base compensation will be determined based on various factors including job-related knowledge, geographical location, skills, experience, and other objective business considerations.
