Job Title: Data Entry Operator / CMS (Part-Time)
Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Operator to manage and update our Content Management System (CMS) on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data to support our business operations. This role requires strong attention to detail, data management skills, and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities:
Enter, update, and maintain accurate data within the CMS and other databases.
Verify and correct data discrepancies to ensure data integrity.
Organize and manage digital files and documents efficiently.
Collaborate with various departments to gather and input relevant data.
Ensure data security and confidentiality are maintained at all times.
Generate routine reports and summaries based on data collected.
Perform quality checks to identify and correct data errors.
Assist with additional administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in data management or related fields is a plus.
Proven experience as a data entry operator or in a similar role.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and familiar with CMS platforms.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with database management and CMS platforms.
Basic knowledge of data analysis and reporting tools.
Familiarity with data privacy and security protocols.
Typing speed of at least 50 words per minute with high accuracy.
