Job Description

Job Overview:

• Review, analyze, and input information from documents received from the clients dealers into ACE during the credit application process. Identify and communicate inconsistencies with documentation to Retail Credit Management as well as the Fraud Prevention Team.
• Communicate with the clients dealers to acquire documentation needed to fulfill requirements. Contact banks and insurance companies to validate information needed during the credit application process.

Responsibilities:

• 60%: Review, analyze, and input information from documents received from the clients dealers into ACE during the credit application process.
• 15%: Contact banks and insurance companies to validate information needed during the credit application process.
• 10%: Identify and communicate inconsistencies with documentation to Retail Credit Management as well as the Fraud Prevention Team.
• 10%: Work with the clients dealers to acquire documentation needed to complete the application process.
• 5%: Provide support for Business Center Credit Analysts and Managers with various tasks, i.e. reporting and communicating daily information updates.
