The main responsibilities of this position are:
· Prepares rate quotations and coordinates with the Trade Management department for requests for quotes
· (RFQ’s) and new service contract proposals
· Prepares bid packages as required
· Communicates with commercial to disseminate service information, market developments and competition activities
· Investigates rate issues
· Provides templates to create contracts and RAs
· Checks tariff filings
· Liaise within the Quality and Commercial to ensure commercial agreements are supported by FIS contract
· Provides administrative support, i.e., faxing, file maintenance and competitive research
