Healthcare domain Experience
Hands on master data management (MDM) experience with tools like IBM Initiate, Informatica, MDM, Roche

Key Responsibilities

Perform hands-on tasks related to data stewardship, including:
Overmatch/undermatch resolution.
Analyzing and ensuring data consistency across multiple systems.
Redefining task workflows for data optimization.
Collaborate with the product team to define and maintain roadmaps, features, and deliverables for the EPH initiative.
Leverage tools like IBM Initiate, Informatica, and other MDM systems for master data management.
Support the implementation of master data management (MDM) best practices.
Work closely with business units to understand and address domain-specific data needs.
Utilize SQL skills to query, manipulate, and analyze data across platforms (e.g., Teradata, GCP).

Qualifications

Required:

Experience with data stewardship or data management roles.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to resolve complex data issues.
Proficiency in SQL (platform-agnostic; Teradata or GCP experience is a plus).
Hands-on experience in data analysis, task resolution, and workflow optimization.
Familiarity with overmatch/undermatch concepts and entity resolution.
