Job Description

Midwest Dental Arts, located in Swisher, IA, is actively looking to hire an enthusiastic person to add to our passionate team. This position is for a Dental Lab Manager.

Duties include:
Quality Control of Crowns & Bridges and Implant cases
Supervising a staff of approximately 20 current employees and we are growing
Liaison for communicating and case planning with our Elite Doctor Clientele across the United States and locally
Hiring and supervising training of new personnel
Expanded functions as needed

Requirements:
Must be comfortable and confident in dental technology digital design (3Shape and exocad) and IOS scans (iTero, Medit, Trios, CareStream, and PrimeScan).
Detailed knowledge of prosthatic dental fabrication digital workflow
Knowledgeable in authentic and OEM dental implant systems
Knowledgeable in Occlusion philosophy (Kois, Dawson Panke, Spear)
Tooth Morphology and Digital Tooth Libraries
Ability to multi-task

As the lab manager you would be playing an integral part in helping to hire the next generation of Dental Technicians and help them succeed as Midwest Dental Arts continues to grow at a rapid pace.
