Digital Communications Intern to join our team and help enhance our online presence. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a trusted brand while building your skills in social media, content creation, and digital advertising. Key Responsibilities: - Social Media Content Creation: Develop engaging, on-brand content for SERVPRO’s social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
- Content Calendar Development: Create and maintain a content calendar to plan posts, campaigns, and promotions.
- Digital Advertising Support: Assist in designing and running digital ad campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and others to expand our reach and visibility.
- ROI Analysis: Help calculate and report on the return on investment (ROI) for digital advertising campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Analytics and Reporting: Track performance metrics for social media, ads, and campaigns, using tools such as Google Analytics or platform-specific insights.
- Brand Storytelling: Write compelling copy and create visuals that align with SERVPRO’s mission, values, and services.
- Collaborative Projects: Work with the marketing team to brainstorm innovative ideas for digital campaigns and promotions.
- Research: Stay up-to-date on the latest trends in digital marketing, social media, and industry best practices.
- Administrative Support: Assist with general marketing-related tasks as needed.
Qualifications: - Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in social media platforms and tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design software is a plus.
- Basic understanding of digital advertising and analytics.
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and engaging audiences online.
- A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
