Amtrak will be hiring experienced Digital Product Owners to support a wide range of initiatives within our Digital Technology (DT) organization.

Additional Profile Strengths
The salary/hourly range is $65,500-$84,888 for Digital Product Owner, $78,600- $101,844 for Sr Digital Product Owner, $94,300- $122,256 for Lead Digital Product Owner, $113, 200- $146,664 for Principal Digital Product Owner, and $135,800- $176,040 for Sr. Principal Digital Product Owner . Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. Depending on an employee’s assigned worksite or location, Amtrak may consider a geo-pay differential to be applied to the employee’s base salary. Amtrak may offer additional incentive and pay programs to recognize and reward our employees, including a short-term incentive bonus based upon factors such as individual and company performance that is commensurate with the level of the position and/or long-term incentive plan compensation.
