We are primarily looking for someone who has a strong work ethic, commitment to integrity and is a humble learner with at least one year of experience doing drywall installation, painting, and trim installation.

What would I be doing?

• Performing all aspects of drywall hanging, framing, finishing, painting, and trim installation in residential homes
• Measuring, cutting, and installing drywall according to blueprints and drawings
• Preparing surfaces, applying paint, and installing various types of trim with precision
• Measuring and marking surfaces according to blueprints and drawings
• Overseeing and guiding less experienced team members

What does winning look like?

• Completing drywall installations to the highest standards, free of defects, and ready for painting
• Completing painting and trim installations to the highest standards, with a flawless finish and precise alignment
• Finishing projects within the scheduled timeframe with minimal delays
• Adhering to all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment

What skills does it take to win?

• Proficiency in drywall installation, framing, finishing, surface preparation, painting, and trim installation techniques
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Effective time management and organizational skills
