As an Entry-Level Event Assistant , you’ll be directly involved in the planning, coordination, and execution of events that inspire change. Key Responsibilities:

• Event Execution: Help with the setup, breakdown, and day-of coordination to ensure smooth and successful event operations.

• Community Engagement: Interact with event attendees, provide information about the event's mission, and ensure a positive experience for all participants.

• Marketing amp; Promotion: Support the team in promoting events through social media, flyers, and other outreach methods to increase event visibility and attendance.

• Team Collaboration: Work closely with event managers and team members to meet event objectives, ensuring every detail is accounted for.

• Feedback Collection: Gather participant feedback during and after events to help evaluate success and identify areas for improvement.

• Administrative Tasks: Assist with event-related administrative duties, including data entry, reporting, and managing event materials.
