As an Entry-Level Event Assistant , you’ll be directly involved in the planning, coordination, and execution of events that inspire change. This is the perfect opportunity for someone looking to start their career in event planning, marketing, or nonprofit work, while making a tangible difference in communities.
Key Responsibilities:
Event Execution: Help with the setup, breakdown, and day-of coordination to ensure smooth and successful event operations.
Community Engagement: Interact with event attendees, provide information about the event's mission, and ensure a positive experience for all participants.
Marketing amp; Promotion: Support the team in promoting events through social media, flyers, and other outreach methods to increase event visibility and attendance.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with event managers and team members to meet event objectives, ensuring every detail is accounted for.
Feedback Collection: Gather participant feedback during and after events to help evaluate success and identify areas for improvement.
Administrative Tasks: Assist with event-related administrative duties, including data entry, reporting, and managing event materials.
