As an Entry Level Marketing Associate specializing in direct marketing, sales and customer service, you will be an integral part of our team, responsible for attracting, engaging, expanding brand awareness and onboarding new customers and local businesses to our clients services. You will work closely with the marketing and sales departments to develop and execute strategies that enhance customer acquisition, retention, and overall satisfaction. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with a passion for marketing, strong communication skills, and a desire to grow in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

Entry Level Marketing Associate Responsibilities: 

• Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop and implement customer service strategies.
• Create and optimize engaging marketing campaigns targeting potential customers and businesses through outreach initiatives.
• Assist in the creation of compelling presentations to drive sales on behalf of our clients 
• Learn how to process sales orders for our customers who are signing up for new services and close all sales deals
• Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, generating reports and insights to assess effectiveness and suggest improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales and customer service, to ensure a seamless customer journey from the start of the sale to post-purchase support.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve enrollment strategies.

Entry Level Marketing Associate Qualifications:

This position involves sales and customer service with initial training provided. Please note this position is an uncapped commission role with the potential for high earnings.

This is a commission based role with on target earning potential of $26,000 - $31,200 per year. 

Each sale commissions average $45-$300.
