Summary

Moscoso Real Estate Group , with more than 30 years of experience in the real estate industry, is on the lookout for an enthusiastic and driven Entry-Level Real Estate Agent .

Are you new to the field or currently producing less than $5 million in sales?

This opportunity is ideal for those looking to advance their careers by collaborating with top-performing agents and gaining hands-on experience in a vibrant, team-focused environment.

Please note that this is a fully commission-based position.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the sales agent to assist clients in finding suitable homes
• Deliver comprehensive written feedback to help clients refine their home search criteria
• Draft and negotiate offers for the sales agent and clients
• Dedicate at least 10 hours weekly to lead generation
• Host open houses at least three weekends each month
• Engage in weekly script practice in accordance with team standards
• Take part in team activities as per team guidelines
• Monitor and record tasks and activities using Brivity Technology
