Position Summary
Screens and handles routine matters for Office of Vice President; performs administrative duties such as drafting, editing, and typing complex reports, developing, implementing and maintaining appropriate office protocol and organization, as well as competently executing or delegating the day-to-day administrative tasks.
The Executive Assistant for the Office of Vice President will also be supporting Director of Operations and will be a part of an Executive Assistant network to manage the schedules and daily admininstrative tasks for executive leadership and board members.
Location: 600 N. Wolfe Street, Baltimore, MD
Hours: Days/40 hours
Education: Requires two years college level coursework, technical business school or equivalent. Bachelor's degree preferred.
Work Experience: Three to five years of related experience.
Salary Range: Minimum 22.00/hour - Maximum 36.32/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
