ABOUT THIS POSITION:
BAD Marketing is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and experienced Executive Assistant to provide direct, high-level support to our CEO. This is a crucial, hands-on role requiring someone who can jump in immediately, manage both professional and personal responsibilities, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
You will be the CEO's right hand, managing day-to-day operations, communications, scheduling, and executive logistics — all while embodying our core values and supporting long-term company growth.
Provide comprehensive support to the CEO, ensuring seamless operations and execution of company goals.
Act as the CEO's primary point of contact internally and externally, managing communications and relationships with executives and key stakeholders.
Coordinate and manage complex calendars, meetings, travel, and events (both business and personal).
Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain strict confidentiality at all times.
Support other senior executives with travel and scheduling logistics as needed.
Assist with administrative tasks including document preparation, email correspondence, and maintaining organized filing and contact systems.
Manage personal errands and responsibilities for the CEO and their family, such as scheduling appointments, running errands, and coordinating personal travel plans.
Collaborate with external partners, including accountants and financial advisors, to assist with personal financial coordination.
Minimum 1+ years of experience supporting a C-suite executive or CEO — preferably in a fast-paced corporate environment.
Proven ability to hit the ground running with minimal onboarding, showing initiative and strong problem-solving skills.
Exceptional communication skills — clear, professional, and confident in both verbal and written interactions.
Mastery of Google Workspace tools (Calendar, Gmail, Docs) and ability to quickly learn new software and systems.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and excellent time management.
Trustworthy, reliable, and discrete — able to handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality.
Comfortable working onsite in Alpharetta, GA , with a commitment to stay long-term and grow with the company.
A team player with a positive attitude who embraces feedback and aligns with our core values.

Salary range: $65,000 - $90,000 (based on experience)
