Read, interpret, and summarize construction blueprints, site plans, and specifications .
Communicate with banks, lenders, title companies, and city/county agencies regarding financing, permits, and inspections.
Prepare and organize permit applications, zoning, and compliance documentation .
Review and summarize legal, government, and regulatory correspondence for management.
Maintain and track project files, contracts, budgets, and reports .
Coordinate meetings, schedules, and deadlines for ongoing projects.
Support financial processes including invoicing, payments, and cost tracking .
Liaise with architects, engineers, contractors, and attorneys to ensure efficient project execution.
Bilingual Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written) .
Bachelors degree preferred or equivalent experience in construction, real estate, or project administration .
Ability to read and understand construction blueprints (training available if needed).
Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills .
Knowledge of permits, building codes, and construction documentation preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and general computer applications.
Professional, reliable, and able to handle confidential information.
